From March 1, 2022, a new regulation will come into force obliging employers to inform their employees about their labour rights, including the rights to safe working conditions and labour protection. To this end, the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection has defined the method of transmitting information to the employee:
- In visual/printed form: collective agreements, sectoral agreements, periodical corporate, publications, leaflets, booklets and posters;
- By means of video materials: videos, programs on corporate television;
- Using Internet resources: websites of employers, the Ministry of Labour, the Federal Employment Agency, regional labour authorities and legal information systems.
The employer may apply any of the listed methods individually or jointly, as well as other forms of information provided for by law.
