Foreign citizens will be able to enter Russia by land transport from July 15, 2022. This decision was made by the operational headquarters of the Russian Federation to combat the spread of COVID-19 following a meeting last Friday. Restrictions on entry through sea and air border crossings were already lifted in June 2022. Thus, almost all pandemic-related restrictions on the entry of foreign citizens are being lifted. However, the requirement to present a negative PCR test for entering foreigners, except for citizens of Belarus, remains.
