The government has reached a consensus to extend the moratorium in place for car manufacturers, agro-industrial and fisheries organizations, although for most other it will be not further extended after 1 October 2022. The Federal Tax Service also supported a selective moratorium. It should be remembered that the moratorium applies to the initiation of insolvency proceedings, also on the basis of the requests of the tax authorities, and also suspends the collection of fines and penalties.
