Foreign citizens of any country working in Russia are allowed to transfer abroad amounts equal to their salary, wages or fees. Private individuals from “unfriendly” countries who do not work in Russia but have a Russian bank account or other accounts are still not allowed to transfer money abroad for the time being. The same applies to companies originating from “unfriendly” countries, provided they are not controlled by Russian legal or natural persons.
