Russia last year put the United States, the entire European Union and other states on the list of unfriendly countries – with many of these countries Russia has double tax treaties. The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs proposed to President Vladimir Putin to issue a decree suspending double taxation agreements with countries that have imposed sanctions on Russia. This includes the USA, Great Britain, the entire European Union, Australia, Japan, Korea and a number of other countries.
