From 2024, a Russian income withholding tax of 15% is to be introduced on the remuneration for services that a foreign company in Russia provides to a Russian affiliated company (including subsidiaries). Relevant changes in Art. 309 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation were introduced by Federal Law No. 539-FZ dated November 27, 2023.
