Copies of incorporation documents of Russian companies can now be issued electronically and free of charge. In the future, interested parties will be able to obtain electronic copies of the founding document of a legal entity or amendments to this document from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities free of charge – this will reduce the bureaucratic burden and lower the costs for people requesting such documents.
