Citibank has announced that it will dismantle all of its ATMs in Russia by the end of the year. Customers can continue to do business via the bank’s website and app, said the Russian subsidiary of the US bank Citigroup. Citibank began shutting down its operations in Russia as early as fall 2022. So she ended her services for small and medium-sized companies and separated from the credit business. Foreign banks where it is still largely possible to open bank accounts are, for example, the Italian UniCredit Bank or the Hungarian OTP Bank.
